This practical, well-established programme has been designed to develop project management knowledge, skills and insight. It equips delegates with the tools and techniques necessary to succeed in project management. The course is based on international standards and best practices. After completion of the programme, delegates will be able to:

- Apply the basics of project procurement in their work environment;
- Explain the basics of the Law of Contract;
- Apply the principles of team building in the workplace and work more effectively as a team member;
- Explain the basics of the South African Labour Law;
- Use financial methods to assess a project as an investment;
- Explain the benefits and limitations of systems such as MSProject and others; and
- Apply the principles of project quality management;
